DeepFreeze-Tan: Debra

I read through a certain site, and they were thinking of an idea for an board/site tan for DeepFreeze. I wanted her design to be mix of an Eskimo clothing and a journalist outfit. One of major problems that I had was I wanted her to have a tie. So, I made it into her belt.

A/N: She actually 5"11 in height. I drew her smaller to practice drawing chibis. Plus, I'm need more practice with my tablet overall.
